The conditions stated below apply between the port of Kyrkosund and the person who pays the port fee himself or through another person. The payer is stated as "Customer" in the terms and conditions. The supplier is stated as "Kyrkosund", "We" or "Kyrkosunds Fiskhamnsförening upa".
The payment applies to the rental of a boat berth in Kyrkosund's Fishing Harbour, Sydkoster and access to electricity.
All prices stated on the website are in SEK incl. value added tax (VAT).
To pay the port fee on the website kyrkosund.kosterhamn.se, the customer must be 18 years old. In order to pay the port fee, a bank card (VISA or Mastercard) or Swish is required. The price includes rent of a boat berth, as well as any additional service of electricity (6-16 ampere). Please note that the payment refers to the berth from 12:00 to 12:00 the following day, please respect the times. When paying, the actual size of the boat must always be stated!
On receipt of the confirmation, it must be checked, so that all information is correct. It is the responsibility of the customer/orderer to ensure that the information on the booking confirmation is correct. Booking confirmation is sent via e-mail and as a text message (SMS). In the event of an error, the port's staff must be contacted as soon as possible after receiving the confirmation, but no later than 24 hours before arrival.
If the customer has paid the port fee and then regrets it, the customer must immediately contact the port via e-mail. The right of return and the right of cancellation do not cover already used berths or electricity. Complaints, errors and complaints about the purchase must be made to the port's staff as soon as possible

This is an agreement drawn up between the customer and Kyrkosunds Fiskehamnsförening upa The agreement ceases to apply with immediate effect if
• The conditions in this document are not met.
• The customer/guests in the party behave in a disruptive manner in the harbor area.
• The customer/guests in the party commit vandalism in the harbor area.
If a breach of contract occurs, the customer/guests in the party must immediately move from the port area. In the event of destruction or disruptive behaviour, damages may be claimed by the customer.
In the event of war, natural disasters, strikes and other events that can be regarded as force majeure, we can cancel the agreement, whereby the customer and guests must be notified as soon as possible. In such cases, we are obliged to refund the amount paid, with the exception of the benefit that has been derived from the service/stay.
